Brunch Casserole
Ingredients
- 12 slices of bread - cubed
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese - cubed
- 2 cups diced ham or cooked sausage
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 7 eggs
- 1 quart milk
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Layer bread, cheese, ham or sausage, and butter in 9” by 13” pan.
- Mix together eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Pour over bread mixture.
- Place in refrigerator overnight and bake next morning at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
