Brunch Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 slices of bread - cubed
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese - cubed
  • 2 cups diced ham or cooked sausage
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Layer bread, cheese, ham or sausage, and butter in 9” by 13” pan.
  2. Mix together eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Pour over bread mixture.
  3. Place in refrigerator overnight and bake next morning at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
