Sausage Cheese Muffins

A slice of cheese melted on top is very good.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2-3 tablespoon rubbed sage
  • 3 cups biscuit/baking mix

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until no long pink; drain.
  2. In a bowl, combine soup, milk, sage, and sausage.
  3. Stir in the baking mix just until moistened.
  4. Fill greased miniature or regular muffin cups 2/3 full.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
