Caramel Corn
Ingredients
- 7 quarts popped corn
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup (light) white Karo syrup
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Instructions
- Place butter, brown sugar, and Karo syrup in sauce pan and bring to boil for 3 minutes.
- Add baking soda (will foam up) and stir.
- Pour over popped corn and stir.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Pour out onto wax paper and cool.
