Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup melted margarine
Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cool whip
- 2 packages instant pudding mix, any flavor
- 2 1/4 cups milk
Instructions
Crust
- Mix together flour and margarine and spread evenly in 9" by 13" pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes. Cool.
Filling
- In bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cool whip. Spread over cooled crust.
- In a separate bowl mix instant pudding mix and milk.
- Stir quickly with a fork, when smooth, pour over cream cheese mixture and top with cool whip.
- May put chopped nuts, chopped Hersey or Heath candy bar on top of cool whip.
