Corn and Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz.) french green beans, drained
- 1 can (14 oz.) white corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 8oz. can water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions
- Layer beans and corn in 13” by 9” pan.
- Combine cheese, onion, sour cream, chestnuts, and soup.
- Mix well and spread over beans and corn.
- Melt butter and mix with the crushed crackers and put on top.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or till bubbly.
