Corn and Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz.) french green beans, drained
  • 1 can (14 oz.) white corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 8oz. can water chestnuts, drained
  • 1/2 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Layer beans and corn in 13” by 9” pan.
  2. Combine cheese, onion, sour cream, chestnuts, and soup.
  3. Mix well and spread over beans and corn.
  4. Melt butter and mix with the crushed crackers and put on top.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or till bubbly.
