Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 8oz. cans Spanish tomato sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped ripe onions
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 small can chopped green chiles
- 1 7oz. pkg. tortilla chips
- 1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown beef and drain off fat.
- Add onion, garlic salt, tomato sauce, and olives.
- Crush chips a little and put 1/2 of the chips in greased 9” by 13” pan.
- Spoon meat mixture over chips, then spread sour cream, then cottage cheese, then chiles.
- Spread grated cheese over top.
- Top with rest of the chips.
- Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
