Hash Brown Potato Casserole
Wonder how many family dinners we've had eating this casserole?????
Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
Topping
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Defrost potatoes and combine with 1/2 cup melted butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream, and cheese.
- Spread into 13" by 9" pan.
- Mix corn flakes and the remaining melted butter and put on top of potato mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
