Mandarin Orange Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 - 3oz. orange jello
  • 2 boxes American tapioca mix
  • 2 - 11oz. cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 - 8oz. cool whip
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

  1. Mix jello and tapioca together in sauce pan, add water.
  2. Cook and stir about 15 minutes until thick.
  3. Cool and add oranges and fold in the cool whip. Refrigerate.
