Popcorn Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup (light) white corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- food coloring, red or green
- 8 cups popped corn
Instructions
- Boil sugar, margarine, corn syrup, salt, and food coloring 2 minutes, stirring consistently.
- Place popped corn in large bowl, pour hot cooked mixture over corn stirring well to coat.
- Shape into balls (dip hands in cold water for easier shaping).
