Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 20 oz. jar medium salsa
- 12 ounces shredded cheddar
- 1 package El Paso Taco seasoning
- 1 small onion
- 1 tomato
Instructions
- Add taco seasoning to cream cheese and spread in bottom of 10 inch pie plate.
- Brown hamburger, drain fat off, add salsa.
- Simmer for a few minutes.
- Chop onion and tomato.
- Layer hamburger mixture over cream cheese—then layer shredded cheese, then onion, then tomato.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
